Alcohol Hamper Policy

Any hamper containing alcohol may only be purchased for, and delivered to, a recipient aged 18 years or older.

 

Age verification on delivery
Our courier will request photo identification from the person accepting delivery. If the person accepting the parcel cannot provide valid photo ID confirming they are 18 years or older, the driver has the right to refuse delivery of the parcel.

 

Order cancellation
If a breach of this policy is identified at any point between order acceptance and delivery, D'licious Gourmet Hampers reserves the right to cancel the order.

 

Alcohol-Free "Dry Zones"
Some areas of Australia are legally designated "Dry Zones," where it is against the law to possess or consume alcohol. In accordance with this legislation, we do not deliver alcohol-containing hampers to postcodes within these zones. Dry Zone postcodes may change from time to time; the list below reflects the zones current as of the time of publishing.

 

You will not be able to purchase an alcohol-containing hamper if your delivery address falls within any of the following postcodes:
